• Classic Finnish outdoor experience sauna | 80–90°C
  Our largest sauna in Monte Silva Mountain Spa is ideal for experienced sauna lovers. Our certified sauna master heats up the sauna at least twice a day. With music and colour effects, the show infusions become an absolute event. The floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Dolomites open up a boundless view of the mountains. After the infusion, it’s straight out into the open air and off into the wonderfully refreshing plunge pool.
• Infusion steam bath with Kneipp zone | 40–55°C
  With daily themed infusions with pleasant fragrances as well as a music and light show, the steam bath is another one of our highlights. Afterwards, you can cool down in the nearby Kneipp zone.
• Finnish sauna | 80–90°C
  The Finnish sauna on the first floor is perfect for those who want to just close their eyes and enjoy the heat in solitude.
• Panoramic herbal organic sauna | 60°C
  The pleasant scent of herbs in combination with the Alpine panoramic view transports you to the blooming Alpine meadow behind our luxury mountain hotel in South Tyrol. This sauna is located above the infinity pool. Look forward to the following plunge into freshness.
• Infrared lounge
  Cosy loungers invite you to relax and are ideal for loosening tense backs. The warmth of the infrared light stimulates circulation, improves metabolism, strengthens the immune system, and releases any blockages. We also recommend the infrared lounge as a preparation for massages in our beauty farm.
